If your parcel measures larger or heavier at our sorting facility than you declared, we'll send a supplementary payment link and hold the parcel at origin until it's settled. That's the only time a price changes.
Shipping price does not include Georgian customs VAT (18%) or special permits required by Georgian law for certain items. These are paid directly to customs.

The price is based on origin country, destination city, weight, box dimensions (volumetric weight is considered), and declared value. You see the exact price before payment — there are no hidden fees on our side.
Yes. Your items must be packed in a proper cardboard box, taped securely, with the EuroGeorgia order code written clearly on the outside. Plastic bags, shopping bags, or loose items are not accepted at drop-off points.
You do, directly to Georgian customs on arrival. The 18% VAT is not included in your shipping cost. For items requiring special government permits, those fees are also separate.
When the parcel arrives at our sorting facility (Italy or Greece) it is re-measured and re-weighed. If it exceeds your declaration, we send a supplementary payment link. The parcel stays at origin until the difference is paid.
Yes. Each parcel needs its own order code and its own drop-off. Through your client portal you can manage multiple shipments in parallel and track them all from one dashboard.
